Koelkebeck CASA Scholarship

The Koelkebeck CASA Scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time student with a 2.5 minimum GPA and in good academic standing. First preference will be shown to Freshman students who were in the foster care system and served by a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer. Second preference will be shown to Freshman students who were in the foster care system. Third preference will be shown to Freshman students whose parents were one in the foster care system. This award is renewable.
