Teresa J. Hess "Leg Up" Endowed Scholarship

The Teresa J. Hell “Leg Up” Endowed Scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time African American female student in good academic standing. Eligible students must have 2.5 minimum GPA if they are a Freshman or Sophomore student, or a 3.0 minimum GPA if they are a Junior or Senior student. Preference will be shown to students who graduated High School in the Four-State area. This award is renewable.
