Nico Award

The NICO Award shall be awarded to a student showing good character, school spirit, and willingness to help others and must be a member of the current year’s graduating class at Joplin High School with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA through the seventh semester at JHS. Preference will be given to high school athletes who will be attending MSSU, but does not have to be a student athlete at MSSU. Donor preference is that this recipient not be the same as the recipient of the Joplin High School Jack Holden Award. This scholarship is to be awarded to a firsty-year freshman each year, and is not renewable. Recipient will be selected by members of the Joplin High School Scholarship Committee.
