Fred & Rebekah Hughes "Life Happens" Scholarship

The Fred & Rebekah Hughes “Life Happens” Scholarship shall be awarded to students who dropped out of college and returned. First preference shall be given to a student majoring in Teacher Education and second preference to a major in Computer Science.
