Floyd Bartley Memorial Quasi Endowed Scholarship

The Floyd Bartley Memorial Scholarship shall be awarded to a student enrolled in the Social Science program that are full-time student with a 2.5 minimum GPA. The student is selected by the scholarship selection committee of the Social Science Department.
