Paul and Trula Shipman Family Scholarship

The Paul and Trula Shipman Family Scholarship shall be awarded to a full time active MSSU Band member with a 2.5 minimum GPA. Student must be a graduate of a Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas high school with a moderate or higher financial need.
