Ruth I. Kolpin Broadcasting Journalism Memorial Scholarship

The Ruth I. Kolpin Broadcasting Journalism Memorial Scholarship shall be awarded to a US citizen with a preference for students that attend high school in the 4-state area. The selected students will be a Junior or Senior majoring in mass communications and/or public relations with a keen interest in radio and will take part in the radio practicum within the communications department. Recipients will have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and a minimum 3.1 GPA within the major and maintain good academic standing with the University. The scholarship is renewable. Recipients are selected by the University Scholarship Selection Committee with the Ruth I. Kolpin Family Memorial Fund Board selecting the final recipients.
