Carroll and Helen Carter Endowed Memorial Scholarship

The Carroll and Helen Carter Endowed Memorial Scholarship shall be awarded to an upperclassman student with an Education major. Eligible students must have maintained a 2.75 minimum GPA, be in good academic standing and have attended High School in the Four State area. This award is renewable. Recipients will be selected by the University Scholarship Selection Committee.
