Ray Rutledge Memorial Scholarship

The Ray Rutledge Memorial Scholarship student recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree at MSSU. The recipient must be at least a sophomore by completed hours and must demonstrate financial need. The student shall be the first in their immediate family to attend college. The student must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and be in good academic standing. This scholarship is renewable for the duration of the students’ academic career.
